Mobile Key Scratch Repair Across Both Doors on a Volkswagen T-Roc in Denton M34

Our mobile repairer tackled malicious key scratches across both passenger side doors of this Volkswagen T-Roc. We repaired the damage at the customer’s home in Denton M34, using Sikkens UV primer before refinishing both doors in Volkswagen R7H Indium Grey Metallic. 1. Malicious key damage across two doors

The first photo shows the deliberate scratch running across the front and rear passenger doors. We checked the full length and depth of the damage because some sections had cut further into the paint than others. Treating both panels as one connected repair allowed us to plan a consistent result across the door gap.

2. Preparing both passenger doors

Both doors were cleaned and carefully masked before the keyed lines were worked back. The deeper sections were feathered and levelled locally, then Sikkens UV primer was applied where required. Once cured, the primed areas were refined to leave a smooth base for the colour stage while protecting the surrounding trims and panels.

3. Matching R7H Indium Grey Metallic

We refinished both doors in Volkswagen colour code R7H, Indium Grey Metallic. Working across the two adjoining panels helped keep the metallic colour and reflection consistent from the front door into the rear door. After clear coat and final polishing, the malicious scratches were no longer visible.

Had my son's car scratch repaired today on bumper and trim. Dean repaired the damage and did a brilliant job. Wouldn't even know there used to be a large scratch there. Would certainly use again but hopefully he won't scratch his car any time soon.

Outstanding job… brilliant communication from start to finish… Absolutely amazing work on my wheels.. I thought I’d have to buy all new, they were really badly chewed up round the rims! Would highly, highly recommend this company for any paint repairs. I damaged the paintwork on the front of my car and due to the colour of the car I was a bit worried how this would turn out. I filled out the online form on their website and attached photos of the damage, this took no longer than 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes I was given a reasonable quote and I was booked in for the following morning. The service through out has been amazing and really professional. Great repair. Looks as good as new and was better priced and faster than quoted from an alternative. Would definitely recommend, attached some before and afters. Very hard to tell where the paint was resprayed and arguably a better finish than from factory.

Excellent service. THe two passenger side doors that were scratched look like they did the day I bought the car. All work was done on my driveway under a collapsible ‘marquis’ during a very wet day. I would deffo use Dean again.

Contacted via their website and Jay arrived the next day. Gave me a price to remove some minor scratches. Both via buffing and re-spraying, if that didn't work. Both prices seemed reasonable. In the end buffing did the trick. I would definitely use them again

So happy I found this company on line! I requested their mobile service. Prompt responses to my initial enquiries and finally offered a very acceptable quotation. Short delay to be fitted in for the job but actually I had two weeks when I wasn't available anyway so it suited. The gentleman arrived promptly (bit early actually) and set to work on my driveway. No fuss, just got on with the job. Three and a half hours later, I couldn't tell that there had ever been an issue! Fantastic job, left my car as good as new with a perfect finish! Will use them again if necessary AND highly recommend!
